I live at 113 West Villard, across the street from the proposed Ives building. there is very limited off-street
parking for my house and we are dependent on on-street parking. I am concerned that the building activity
and construction impacts will negatively affect me. furthermore, when the building is complete the parking
will not be any less an issue. I am requesting the city institute a "residential parking zone" for the streets
adjacent to the north of project permitted 21-029.
Please, I don't want to have a work trailer and or construction workers parked directly in front of my house
for the next two years.
