Honestly, I can’t believe this hasn’t already been fast tracked. The only reason there haven’t been a ton of
accidents at that intersection is that everyone is aware how dangerous it is, and change their habits
accordingly. That’s a terrible reason to allow it to continue. Does someone have to get hurt and sue the city
for negligence or can we simply acknowledge that it was not designed correctly for the actual traffic
patterns, and make the necessary adjustments without a lot of red tape?
