My 16 year old totaled her car at the intersection of Oak and Flanders Mill, on her way to school last May.
We live close by and have witnessed SO MANY MANY ACCIDENTS and close calls there!!! It is an
EXTREMELY DANGEROUS intersection, especially at a high school where you have several 15-17 year old
new drivers. It is just a matter of time before someone gets killed and something must be done to prevent
this. A roundabout or traffic light would make a huge difference. The intersection is too wide, and visibility
across the entire intersection is difficult, especially when the grass grows tall in the median.
Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter, that intersection is a HUGE SAFETY HAZARD!
