Olive Street Bozeman, MT 59718 RE: Narrative Response to Comments – Bridger Vale PUD Subdivision Final PUD Comments Dear Mr. Krueger: This letter is to provide a narrative response to the engineering comments provided on March 03, 2021: Engineering Division, Cody Flammond, Engineering II 1. Code provision 4. BMC 38.220.300 and 310 and BMC 38.410.080.D. The last two sections of the stormwater maintenance plan only discuss drywells. Drywells were not included in the stormwater facilities for the site. The applicant must revise these sections to be address the facilities that are on site. • This item is noted. The stormwater maintenance plan has been updated to include detention and retention facilities, but does not include drywells. 2. The POA must provide sufficient financial and technical resources to ensure the sub‐slab vapor mitigation continues in effect until otherwise agreed to by the City. The POA documents do not reference how this provision will be accomplished. • Article XI, Section 2.B.v. explicitly states that the Association shall provide sufficient financial and technical resources to ensure the sub‐slab vapor mitigation continues in effect until otherwise agreed to by the City.
