Building Materials: (refer to attached building elevations)
· The exterior materials have been selected to minimize maintenance and
to be compatible with the other existing Town & Country Foods
locations. Preliminary exterior materials are as follows:
o 18x36 smooth concrete wall panel
o Vertical fiber cement lap siding 6” plank – wood finish
o Horizontal metal box rib siding – forest green
o Timber supports & trim – stained
o Break Metal trim – dk charcoal
· Exterior Lighting:
o Wall mounted fixtures will illuminate walking paths
o Building signage will be illuminated by decorative wall mounted
sign lights
o Recessed fixtures will be provided under the entry canopies
o All fixtures will be full cut-off type and will comply with City of
Bozeman requirements.
