The required public improvement is for a water main extension on the east side of the site. The
improvement is required for the development of the property.

service to the development are: located within a publicly dedicated right-
of-way or easement; constructed to city standards; are physically adjacent;

the requirements of this subsection C.Lb and subsection C.Lc of this
section;
Response:
1. The water main extension will be within a publicly dedicated right-of-way
and easement.
2. The required main extension will be constructed to City Standards.
3. The water main extension is on and adjacent to the lot on which the Town
& Country is being built.
4. The water main extension is the same size as the mains being connected
to. The main extension loops into existing mains and is of adequate
capacity to provide necessary service to the proposed development.
5. The required easement will be included on the Amended Plat, a copy of which is
included in this resubmittal.
