Pretty big difference in water use between the two. The Bozeman location uses 3 times more water than Livingston. For purposes of CILWR for the proposed T&C at Ferguson Farm, we’ll take the average of the two. Calculations are provided on the attached. The avg annual use for purposes of CILWR fee determination is 2.25 Acre-feet. The CILWR fee amount is determined by multiplying the anticipated annual water use by $6,000/AF. The total CILWR fee for the project is $13,500. This must be paid prior to final plan approval. Please provide this email with the site plan application when its filed. Let me know if you have any questions. Sincerely, Brian Heaston, PE Senior Engineer City of Bozeman - Engineering 20 E. Olive St. P.O. Would also like to use the T&C in Livingston if you could track the water use down from their water bills (at least 12 months of them). Can’t use the T&C on 11th b/c it is not independently metered, water use is skewed b/c of the 2 Brewery that’s also on the meter. I can access the meter records from our billing database for connections in the City of Bozeman. Thanks, Brian Heaston, PE Senior Engineer City of Bozeman - Engineering 20 E. Olive St. P.O.
