I am hopeful that the City is evaluating the intersection of Oak & Flanders Mill. With the new high school
being so busy, it is both dangerous for students and/or any pedestrian crossing these streets. In addition,
traffic trying to turn across east bound Oak onto Flanders Mill finds it exceptionally difficult to do. I am sure
the City Commissioners are aware of the number of accidents at this intersection. Add to that the young
drivers coming and going from the high school, it is simply a matter of time before there is an accident with
significant injuries or worse. Please consider expediting a traffic study of this intersection and moving
towards a better solution to help our community. Thank you.
