I see no indication of parking anywhere in this proposal. Parking is required for short-term rentals, why not giant
developments?? I do not support this vastly increased density. A farm house to multi-story high rises and
commercial development?? This seems to assume the new residents will use all the existing trails and parks, that is
also untenable and unfair! Create your own parks, trails and open space for these new and plentiful occupants. We
came to Bozeman seeking quiet neighborhoods that are safe and uncongested. This will impact our lives and our
property values. It’s a very bad idea. The density is too high for this area! Lower the density and provide parking,
parks and trails within your site. Yes, you’ll make less profit but we aren’t willing to float your development
encroaching on our properties.
