I am against major changes in zoning. It’s not fair to the people that have homes in the area. They live there
with an expectation that it will be mostly neighborhoods. That’s why they live there. It’s what they choose.
Not living downtown but in a traditional subdivision.
I am also against letting developers get away with buying out the green space requirement. The money will
be spent in a year or two but the park space would be there for all to enjoy for years and years to come.
