For your 11/22/2021 next meeting, please consider the attached .pdf input for Annexation and setting ofZoning for Canyon Gate #21-337.
Bozeman does need more houses--but not just in quantity. The types and variety of housing are keenly
important, too.
Different, diverse, and smaller housing is part of "The Missing Middle" and will help address HousingAffordability and Affordable Housing.Key thoughts--
+ "Housing constructed in buildings which are... size and design compatible in scale and form withdetached individual homes."+"Thinking big and building small to respond to today's housing crisis."
