City Commission and Zoning Committees,
Regarding the annexation of the property on the NE corner of Bridger Drive and Mc IlhattanRoad.
I have some concerns and objections. First of all there is NO commercial properties on theEast side of Mc Ilhattan Road. There is commercial on the West side an has been for years.
There is no need for commercial on the residential side in that area. Secondly this is aresidential are so why not make the 20-24 acres the same as the other residential area on the N
side of Bridger Drive? I needs to fit in with the rest of the neighborhood.Thirdly the traffic. What are you going to do with all of those cars? You are dumping traffic
from Mc Ilhattan Rd and Story Mill Rd. and Bridger Drive going to work in themorning.....the traffic is just going to be a bottleneck. Then you have people going home at
night coming off of Griffrn Drive(which is cloded right now) and Rouse all trying to get homebefore their dinner gets colf. I don't think you have thought this through. Then on a good
snow day during ski season and watch the traffic back up from where I live on Bridger Driveand then some. And they are only going 15-20 mph. Probably most of the way to the ski
hill. I believe there is a lot of greed behind this project. It is not a pretty sight and if you allow this
man to come in and turn your heads....well shame on you. I also realize the city is greedy forthe Almighty tax dollar so shame on you too.
You will also disturb the wildlife that run thru that area on a daily basis so why not takt your20-24 acres and just put 20-24 beautiful houses then everyone will be happy.
