I am writing to express my extreme opposition to the development that is planned for Story Mill / Bridger Drive. There is a reason we decided to make our home on the outskirts of the city in
the Creekwood Neighborhood. We DO NOT WANT any densely build housing by us. Homes are just fine and even retail is fine but we are not at all supportive of any townhomes or clusters.
Also we have extreme concerns of all these new people using our greenway trails that we must maintain. Finally – emergency services! We are already landlocked by the railroad tracks and
unless the city is planning some additional medical facilities and EMS on this side of the tracks – this is of GRAVE concern to us. Overall – please do not allow this to move forward. There is
little left of Bozeman that resembles why we came here so long ago .. don’t allow them to keep taking that away.
