I am writing in opposition to the proposed development at the corner of Bridger Dr and StoryMill Rd. I understand the need for development but not that type of density in that location.
Traffic has already began to increase dramatically in the 8 years I have lived in the BridgerCreek subdivision. This would only make it much more congested and hazardous. This should
be a much less dense development plan with attention to preserving the neighborhoods thatalready exist there. Whatever is developed it should maintain open space and not put the
pressure on the trail system of the neighboring HOAs. HomeBases’ proposal is not a good ideafor this spot in Bozeman. Please listen to the local people who live here.
