Please find my comment for project #21337 below:
The development of the bikepath along Bridger Drive, the creation of Story Mill Park... these additions to
the northside are so incredibly beneficial to Bozeman. The idea of the new development at the intersection
of Story Mill Rd. and Bridger Dr. would be the absolute oposite. A dangerous increase in car/truck traffic in
an area focused on pedestrian/bike accesss. A dangerous increase in population north of the train. Not to
mention the utter disregard for maintaining some semblance of the character of this area. Other mountain
towns have fallen pray to this type of development. I implore the Planning Commission to not let the
mixed-use urban dense zoning move forward.
