Good morning,
We appreciate you taking the time to comment and for your interest in the transition to the new
board structure. Public comments that have been previously submitted do not need to be
resubmitted; the comments are available in our repository. As part of the transition, staff liaisons will
be providing updates to the new boards on past efforts. One of those updates is to inform the board
on the issues raised and the concerns, suggestions, and input that has been provided.
Please let the Clerks’ Office if you have any further questions.
Thank you,
Mike Maas, MPA| City Clerk

Dear Mr. Veselik and Ms. Kelly Pohl,
First of all, I want to thank you for your hard work and dedication to the parking
commission and all the planning it entails. I hope that I have never indicated any impression
that I think you are in some kind of ivory tower working for your own interests. That is an
unconceivable stance that I would never take. You have both been extremely responsive, and
I cannot thank you enough.
My question is, how does public comment on parking get transferred to the new
Transportation Board? Do those of us who have been following these issues need to resubmit
letters and communications? Will previous public comment be considered in the
workshop/meeting at the end of November with the city commission? Those of us who have
been working on these issues plan to continue to be active. Please give us an indication of
how to begin with the new board structure.
Again, Thank you so very much for all you do.
