I'm writing in regards to proposal #21337, the annexation and rezoning proposal at the corner of Story Mill
and Bridger Drive. I am opposed to this change and am quite certain that it will decrease quality of life for
the citizens of Bozeman and will NOT significantly help the housing shortage we currently face. I am in favor
of infill downtown. And while I have not been particularly happy about the changes downtown with the
huge influx of luxury condos, I have never opposed any of those projects. I realize that they are necessary.
This one, however, is not. This will only serve to diminish the quality of life, harm our greenspace, impact
our wildlife, and congest our streets. Please listen to the citizens of this city and do not allow this rezoning
and annexation.
