I live in the Boyland Neighborhood next to the new development that is being purposed onStory Mill and Bridger Canyon drive.
I'm not ok with what they are proposing and do not want to see a Giant building, luxury
apartment building go up.
It's already rough finding any type of reasonable housing in our neighborhood and we alreadyhave problems with out-of-staters buying homes and leaving them un-occupied most of the
year. We don't need more high-end Luxury apartments close by. And we definitely don't needmore business' on that corner.
Personally, I'd also be very sad to lose that open space where we see lots of wildlife. I
understand that we need more housing and options for the locals of Bozeman, but what theyare purposing is not the answer.
