This comment pertains to the proposed development by HomeBase at Story Mill and BridgerCanyon Road:
I agree that the parcel should be annexed into the City and developed appropriately, but notwith the extreme urban density requested.
This is an active wildlife corridor, linking habitat in the Story Hills and Bridger Foothills with
water in Bridger Creek and Rocky Creek. There should be appropriate open space andcorridors for wildlife whose habitat we reduce and infringe upon more and more.
We also already have significant traffic in this area. Any traffic and other safety issues
should be addressed appropriately, especially access by ambulance, fire, and law enforcementvehicles.
