I strongly oppose a tenoning of the Story Mill/Bridger Canyon drive area to allow multi-story commercial
buildings or more than two story residential homes. Restoring existing structures such as the story mill
plant seems reasonable but the addition of dense developments that vastly increase the population and
traffic in that area would be a safety hazard for residents that live in that area and Bridger Canyon due to
the existing clogged road arteries (Griffinand oak, and Rouse) and the train traffic.
Please vote no on the rehoming in that area and the proposed Homebase development.
I am a resident of Bridger Canyon.
