I am writing to object to the zoning and annexation changes being requested for the corner of Bridger Drive
and Story Mill Rd. The requested changes do not fit in well with the existing buildings and neighborhood.
It could eventually result in higher building heights, hotels and too much density! Not to mention the
horrific traffic changes it would cause. Have you ever been stuck between Griffin and Rouse when a big long
train is passing?? It is a safety issue, that has not been addressed in YEARS!!! No emergency vehicles can
get to that area when a train is passing ( or stopped).
In addition, the developer is requesting cash in lieu of parkland... NO!!!
I am an advocate of infill, but this is the WRONG PLACE, and the WRONG DENSITY!
Please reject this zoning change!!
