Hello, My name is Michael Kurtz and I reside at 2559 Maiden Star Lane, within a 1/4 of a mile ofthe proposed rezoning of the NE corner of Bridger Drive and Story Mill Road. I'm writing today to ask that the City Council not approve this rezoning request. My family home is very important, it is the place I raise my two kids and it is the biggestinvestment that my family has. We purchased this home based on current zoning laws. It is unfair, un-necassary, andunwise, to change the laws to allow the development of commercial property inside thisneighborhood. I say un-necassary because there is no shortage of property already zoned for commercialuse in the area. So the developer has other options. I say unwise, because it is never in the interest of the town to undermine the faith of it'scitizens by rezoning residential property. I say unfair, because all who have purchased home in this residential neighborhood did sowith the faith that our Town Council would represent the good and honest interests of thepeople who live here. Regarding the proposal to allow 60' high residential properties. This doesn't make sense asit doesn't fit into the neighborhood so the developer should stick to the rules that the restof the residents of the neighborhood abide by.
