Hello,
in reference to project # 21337, I urge you to deny this developers request. There are plenty of high density
developments throughout the city and this developer is obviously only in it for the $ and does not take into
consideration the existing city and it's residents. Please keep the zoning of the parcel to R-1 or R-2 to help
keep this community a community. Another concern is the lack of green space in the proposal. Green space
is essential to keeping our wildlife happy as well!!!
