Anything other than 2 or maybe 3 stories would be out of place in that area. It seems like everything
Homebase has developed has not been affordable to the average person working in town. The high density
development might seem like a good idea, but it is killing the goose that laid the golden egg, ie, changing
the feel of the town. I would venture a guess that most of the people who buy the high end condos and
townhouses are not year round residents. I would urge you to reject the plan as it stands.
