City Commissioners, Planning Department, Citty StaffAs a longtime resident of Bozeman for 50+ years, and a business owner that thrives on the
current influx of residents, I find this project very detrimental to the quality of life we allenjoy, and continue to keep us here in Bozeman.
From a planning perspective, this parcel should be annexed into the City, but at thisscale/density is beyond common sense......in short, this project would destroy the quality of
life in the entire adjacent neighborhood and area, while creating a nightmare of trafficcongestion to name just two issues.
The concept of this density with virtually no open space......at the gateway to Bridger Canyondefines poor planning as the least, promoting greed is more to the point.........this would be the
second or third "home" for all the residents.......NOT ANYONE WHO CALLS BOZEMANHOME.
I am aware Homebase has several additional projects submitted for approval.......this project isgarbage and should never be approved.
