Hello,
We live at 1268 Boylan Road and have owned this home since October 1, 2020. Our property is
directly adjacent to the Canyon Gate site, project #21337. We have not received any notice from
the developer regarding this project. A project of this scale will have a massive impact both on our
quality of life and on our property value. It is unacceptable that the information we’re receiving
about this project is from our neighbors, not from the developer, as they are legally required to do
so.
