Dear Sir or madam,
I live at 2271 Deer park Ct in Bozeman in the headlands, close to the proposed construction,
I am writing to request that you do not allow the construction of a building in our
neighborhood; such building belongs to downtown Bozeman like the Element Hotel not to this
area.
This proposed construction does not belong to this area. In addition, there are no such
buildings in this area. In addition, with the recent construction at Story Mills and the proposed
Stock Yard construction this area will be invaded by cars and traffic will become impossible
which will create some danger to the population without thinking of the train traffic when a
train crosses.
I am formally asking you to review your proposed zoning. Continuing in this direction will
transform Bozeman from a nice community into a wall of cement. You need to respect the
wildlife. There are Deers and bears that live in good neighbors within 500 yards from where I
live , a building has no sense here!
