Bozeman City Commissioners,
In the spirit of maintaining the aesthetics, charm, and character that the City of Bozeman has
curated over the last several decades, voting to allow UNLIMITED retail marijuana establishments
would completely negate all of the work that the City has achieved to date. It has been
demonstrated by many other communities that creating unlimited retail marijuana establishments
results in a ridiculous number of shops that leaves a lasting, negative impression to those who live
here and those who are visiting.
I understand the potential need to increase the number of licenses. However, creating an unlimitednumber will result in an outcome that won’t allow the “genie” to be put back in the bottle. Pleaseconsider an increase in licenses vs. opening the floodgates.
Please vote to preserve the character of Bozeman.
