PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with the Agreement for City public sanitary and
water sewer service filed on St pkt o,L- r 3 , 20&%as Document Number
2751789 of the Gallatin County Clerk and Recorder's records,the following property
is subject to annexation by the City of Bozeman, Montana at any time of the City's choosing in
return for providing emergency sanitary sewer service and water service to the parcel. In the
event the property owner protests annexation by the City,the City reserves the right to remove
all sanitary sewer and water services to the property described below:
Parcel 2 of C.O.S. 2725, Section 23, T02 S, R 05 E
On SeR6.v% 3 , 20ak,the Bozeman City Manager invoked the authority of Resolution
5076, Policy 10 to grant an emergency exception to the City's policy that requires annexation
before providing sanitary sewer and water service to property not annexed to the City. The
exception was due to an emergency related to the provision of sanitary waste treatment. The City
reserves the right to exercise its annexation powers at a future time as well as reserving the right
to cancel and remove sanitary sewer service and water service to any parcel for which the
property owner protests City annexation.
