In order to comply with all UDC standards for building design, all buildings at North Central will need to comply with the
signage standards as outlined in BMC Section. 38.560 and complete the Signage Calculation table above. This demonstration
of compliance will be shown at each building’s individual Site Plan Review applications as applicable utilizing this table and
manipulating the values in red to reflect the actual design at each building.
