Issued under the authority of the City of Bozeman Professional Services Agreement Term Contract with Economic and Planning Systems, Inc. to support Economic Development and Community Housing programs. This Task Order is dated [ ] between the City of Bozeman Economic
Development Department and Economic & Planning Systems, Inc. (EPS) (Contractor). The following representatives have been designated for the work performed under this Task Order:
City: David Fine, Economic Development Program Manager Contractor: Brian Duffany, Executive Vice President, Economic & Planning Systems SCOPE OF WORK: Housing and Economic Development real estate advisory services on a time and materials basis. COMPENSATION: EPS will bill for its services on a time and materials basis with a
project total not-to-exceed $20,000. The provisions of the Professional Services
Agreement Term Contract shall govern the Work. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties authorized to commit resources of the parties
have executed this Task Order:
