We reside at 112 Westridge Drive, Bozeman. I would encourage all that are considering a vote on this change to spend time observing thetraffic on South 3rd. This corridor has congestion often, especially during rush hour times that slows traffic, causing some confusion, particularly for those on Westridge Drive, headingeast and trying to turn north onto South 3rd. This condo development potentially would cause more congestion at this very spot. Also right across the street (and in spite of 3 signs!) almostdaily I see drivers illegally turning off of So 3rd, heading south, and into the commercial parking lot of multiple stores at corner of So.3rd/Kagy. To change to R-3 zoning to develop this condo development seems to add to traffic volume, and raise question about access for parking, garbage and snow removal, etc. And, certainly, to consider change to R -5 zoning is just plain alarming and irresponsible to the existingdwellings. Thank you for considering this input from folks that would be most affected. Sincerely, Lee Allinger and Glenn Allinger jleeallinger@gmail.com
