Good afternoon,
I am writing this email in support of Gustav Dose and Sarah MacDonald in reference to agenda item
number 21319. I am their CPA and have worked with them from ground up assisting with the
purchase of the real estate and opening of Mountains Walking brewery. From what I understand,
they are looking to rezone the property to allow expansion of the brewery for office space,
employee housing and their personal residence. In my opinion the city should encourage hard
working entrepreneurs who are making Bozeman a better place to live while hoping to provide
opportunities for housing employees at the same time. This is what the city should be promoting,
not discouraging.
