To whom it may concern,
I have become aware of the Mountain Walking commercial request to rezone to commercial zoning. Bozeman is
growing and expanding and we should not inhibit business to the degree where it puts pressure on business owners
to move to other communities. The location of mountains walking is in or on the edge of a commercial district and
so redefining the boundaries to commercial are in the best interest of the business owner and the community of
Bozeman. While I do not full understand the residential angst against this request, in my limited opinion, it is not a
significant enough change that would negatively impact their livelihoods or the quality of life any more than the
current circumstances but would impact the quality of life of the employees, the business owners and the patrons of
Mountains Walking in a positive way.
