The proposed zoning change (21319) would be of great benefit to Bozeman and the area of town it
resides in. Bozeman and the people that reside in the city have always had a live, work, play mentality
and I believe that it is one of our core values as a City. The proposed zoning change would allow for this
business to continue with that value.
Bozeman and US businesses in general are having trouble with staffing issues and to get staff in todays
market you have to be innovative and think outside the box. For a business to have the ability to offer
employee housing and office space would allow them to be competitive and to bring in potential
workers from other areas around Montana and the us that otherwise would not be able to take the job
due to another issue that Bozeman is currently facing of housing and rental shortages. I can see no
downside to allowing for the proposed zoning change.
