Dear Planning Board, Having been some of the longest adjacent neighbors to 3120 Wagon Wheel Road, my husband sinceJune of 1976 and me since July 1981, we have witnessed the growth of the area first hand. From seeingWagon Wheel paved ,to the wheat fields converted to hundreds of homes to the west. Would we prefer tohave it back the way it was 40 years ago, of course. However with the phenomenal growth Bozeman hasbeen going through we could only hope for a very mindful and thoughtful development. My largest concern was car lights coming into our home, which has been considerately addressed in thedesign. This creative layout of the buildings is pleasing. The set back for parking from Wagon Wheel andthe use of open space will create an attractive and interesting development. I am so happy to see thatthis is not just rows and rows of buildings without any design to enhance the property. (Actually thesecondos will block my view of a stored camper, old vehicles, and a metal building on an adjacent home tothe north which I have tired of for many years.) I feel that the neighborhood is lucky to have this development instead of a mansion or two or three, orboxy condos on that property. Since it is being developed by the CoHousing group themselves, they areputting their money into their own homes and outside folks are not making a big profit. This is keeping ourneighborhood affordable and homey. Thank you for your time and thoughtful planning for our city.
