Hello, I am writing to express my thoughts, feelings, and concerns on this development close to the neighborhood I am lucky enough to live in. This is regarding application #21096, projectname: Bozeman CoHousing residential development site plan. Westfield is a quiet, small, and family friendly community where it's members appreciate and strive to maintain these qualities. I am all for more members joining our community, howeverthis new development will drastically change what has been established here. We are a community of single family homes that allows for a nice flow of space on the roads via cars, bikes, and walking. The influx of individuals that will come from this development is alarming, especially in such a small space. I feel that this community and neighborhood wasbuilt and created for exactly what it is right now. I understand that progress happens and communities change however special detail and attention should be given to some specificconcerns. These immediate concerns are the parking, traffic, and views. It has been shared that there will not be enough parking spots for those living there so the overflow parking will be on ourcommunity streets (most likely Wagon Wheel). This will be an obvious eyesore. The traffic will increase by so much causing delays and backup in certain areas that once moved freely. Finally, the views or lack of views these apartment buildings will impact is saddening. The development, in my opinion, is similar to a weed in a beautiful garden. It's not necessarilywelcomed and it taints the desired surroundings one has worked hard for. Our neighborhood, again, is a normal and typical community where we value the beauty of a home with trees, yards, fences, etc. It is special to its members! The development will foreverchange this, sadly, for the worse. Thank you for taking the time to read this and review all the other comments regarding this as you move forward with a decision. Best,Kathryn Cziuzas
