I read the Bozeman Daily Chronicle everyday and subscribe to the Bozeman Community ENews. The surrounding neighborhoods were never notified to my knowledge to submit public comments on this change to R-3 zoning. I find it upsetting that the City of Bozeman would ask property owners to vote on an increase to property taxes to accommodate affordable housing but would not ask the voters to comment or vote on R-3 zoning changes that would affect middle-class single family neighborhoods dramatically. I protest the Apartment-Limited use of the common area of Bozeman CoHousing to include eight accessory dwelling units. The common area should remain just that—a common area— not an Apartment-Limited use. Donna Spain 105 Heritage Dr Bozeman, MT 59715
