Dear Commissioners: Despite new Commissioner Wallner’s statement to your group in January, “This development does not belong in this neighborhood.,” it turned out to be a done deal already. I plead with you to not let it go forward until until the development has adequate parking and storage space WITHIN its confines. Also, they must construct sidewalks and bike paths on the west side of wagon wheel drive. The above must be completed before construction starts, not the promise to do so. Under your Project Information, “Building Heights requirements: 2 stories, varies”. Does that mean 2 story maximum? To me, “Varies” does not interpret meaning maximum. Are you aware that our subdivision owns and pays for boulevard and park upkeep and insurance, snow removal and electricity for street lighting. These items are costly and the amount keeps rising. Is this new development willing to help with these costs?
