Dear City of Bozeman,I am writing to express concern about the development at 3120 Wagon Wheel due to the
departures from building length and height of the proposed building. The scale of thecommon house building does not fit in with surrounding residential area. The height fits in
better in a downtown area or commercial area. Further, the points attached express moreconcern. In the least, a traffic study should be performed to determine the impact of such a
development. Thank you for considering denial of the co-housing request.Thank you,
