Now that we are down to the wire and the full extent of Bozeman Co-Housing
plans are ready for final approval. I've read the proposed concerns noted by Tamara Meyers to neighbors. I appreciate the detail of her
concerns and feel that they have educated me to information I was frankly too busy to follow and be aware of.
It's inevitable with any project of this size which so changes the
context of the neighborhood that final details would bring aspects to address to the fore.
I too would like to voice my request to the questions presented
and I want an understanding of what mitigation can take place before further approval of the final plans for construction.
I would like these concerns addressed on my behalf.
I'm sure Bozeman Co-Housing would like to assure that all neighbors interests are considered even at this point in
the process.
As the project has evolved from initial plans the final number of units has ended at the higher point of unit projections.
With this in mind it's even more important that all the final details of this project account for the responsibility of BCH residents to
answer all related and reasonable concerns presented.
Yes it's close to the finish line...... but it's not ready for final approval without further considerations.
