My wife and I wanted to express our opposition to the proposed rezoning and development ofthe 20 acre parcel at Bridger Dr and Story Mill Rd by Homebase Partners. We have owned ahome in the Legends since 2007 and have enjoyed the single family neighborhood we share.We are not opposed to single family development of this corner but the proposed rezoning forcommercial and mixed use development. This type of re-zoning will be out of character for thesurrounding single family neighborhoods and if approved will have a negative impact on theadjacent homeowners.
