To Whom It May Concern:
We would request that the zoning for the Gallatin Rest Home project #21330 remainR3 medium density. This allows the development to fit into the current R3
neighborhood. It may also allow many homeowners to preserve some of the
breathtaking views of The Bridger Mountains.
Also, we encourage you to consider (possibly require?) trail paths & access remain
with this development, as well. Retaining the established trail along the east side of
the property would enhance the venture. This is a very popular walking, running,
biking, and dog-walking trail currently. Trails in developed neighborhoods (such as
the Sourdough Trail between Graf & Goldenstein) are important to our community.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Jennifer & Cec Johnson
