My name is Barbara Fitch and I am the owner of the residence at 1424 Juniper Street, Bozeman, MT 59715 with is located less than 150 feet from the area affected by the proposal. Application number 21330 should be denied based on the following concerns: - Myself and my neighbors purchased our homes based on the existing zoning. Changing from R-3 to R-4 will be detrimental not only to the character of our neighborhood, but to the financial value of our homes. - The proposed plan contains zero details. As homeowners directly impacted by this potential zoning change,we deserve concrete specifics, not"considerations". - Traffic, congestion and parking shortages will increase which will negatively impact the health, safety and welfare of the neighborhood. - R-3 zoning provides more than ample development opportunities that mesh well with the existing community. R-4 will destroy our friendly neighborhood. - The parcel of land that the proposal affects is currently and constantly enjoyed by neighborhood kids playing, people walking their dogs and people simply enjoying the open space. Developing the space within the parameters of R-3 zoning would allow for this enjoyment to continue.Walking/biking paths could be incorporated, green spaces to beautify the community included and even a much needed dog park. R-4 zoning does not permit any of these much needed items/values to be preserved. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, z J Barbara Fitch 1424 Juniper Street Bozeman, MT 59715
