Site Plan Application
Dear Lacie,
On behalf of the applicant, Bozeman COHO LLC, we are submitting a Site Plan application for review
for the Bozeman Cohousing Development located on Tract A SW1/4 designated on assessor’s plats deed
described Book 153 Page 371 and Tract B of C.O.S. 526 (3120 Wagon Wheel Rd). The general location
of the subject property is near the intersection of Wagon Wheel Rd. and Concord Dr. Access to the
proposed development will be from Wagon Wheel Rd. Site improvements include water and sewer main
extensions, parking, drive lanes, sidewalks, trash enclosures, landscaping, and storm water facilities.
The application package has been prepared based on the conceptual review comments. A narrative of
how each comment was addressed has been included in the attached narrative.
Included in our submittal package is one (1) copy of the following items:
Site Plan Review Fee Summary - $7,298.00 ($2,224.00 base fee + ($118/unit x 43 units)
