Wagon Wheel Road. Mr. Budeski,
Per concurrent construction request documents emailed to me on July 2, 2021 and my review of
Site Plan revision submittal on July 7,2021.
I approve concurrent construction for Bozeman CoHousing project.
The following requirements must be met for this approval to be binding.
1. 365/24/7 access to working hydrants and acceptable, approved water source
2. Staging plan for location of construction materials, temporary work trailer, and any
additional combustible materials
3. Ingress and egress routes for emergency services
4. All weather site access
5. Knox locks for fenced or gated areas
