Tom and Rebeca Valone of 20 E. Beall St agree with the objections raised by the NENA's
objections to the IVES development in our neighborhood.
At some point, business development downtown must meet and respect the rights andexpectations of residential citizens. The IVES does not respect, in scale, set backs, parking,
construction noise and most important - need- as well as a host of other challenges, thecurrent neighborhood.
Bozeman can do better than to rubber stamp this project. To do so is a dereliction of civic
duty. Perios.
