Please reconsider the proposed agenda 21165. The following issues are problematic:
1. Car and truck travel with Bridger Bowl, Bozeman dump, Golf course, two dog parks, new
homes and present businesses.
2. New park with increased use, concerts and family events.
3. Loss of wildlife corridor.
4. Loss of walkability, especially with the in lieu of cash in this proposal.
5. Earthquake susceptibility with proposed 6 story building which could potentially blockroads.
Please maintain the Bozeman character.
