Dear City,
I live on N Grand, roughly a block away from the proposed site. I am writing to oppose the
approval of The Ives development.
The proposal does not define a smooth transition from commercial space to the currentresidential neighborhood. The plans are missing a critical component… middle housing. The
plans do not honor our historic neighborhood and the unique characteristics of current homes.
Please consider the negative impact this decision will have on our downtown neighborhood.
