I feel that having a building of this height next to a residential area
is totally inappropriate. It seems that every time a developer complainsthat they cannot make a smaller size building profitable the city cavesin. It is not your job to ensure that a project is profitable or not, itis to address the concerns of all the citizens. This would impact theentire neighborhood parking situation adversely. One of the mostirritating part of living in a high density area is parking. I live onMichael Grove and parking here is atrocious--just ask anyone who liveshere. There are not nearly enough parking.
I do not think you need to incentivize development in Bozeman, peoplewant to move here and developers will follow them. By allowing rampantdevelopment with no regard to existing neighborhoods, you are ruiningthe aspect of Bozeman that attracts many people to the area, essentially"killing the goose that laid the golden egg"
